Steps to register your student
Step 1
1.Please go to the following link to fill out an online application. You will need to have the following information to complete the application.
* Proof of residency – 2 forms which must include 1 of each
1) Lease agreement or mortgage statement
2) Current utility bill, bank statement, pay stub, etc. showing address in SRMS boundaries. If you are living with family, please bring a notarized Affidavit of Rental or an Affidavit of Occupancy.
* Withdrawal paperwork from previous school.
* Birth Certificate
* Immunizations
Step 2
Come to Sunset Ridge with your driver’s license.
Step 3
Please look at the information below for the 2025-2026 School year. Once you have finished looking at all of the information, please go to the Google form to complete your class choices.
